Northern Utah Turf Specialists, L.L.C. was formed in August of 2000, by Jim Nokes and BJ Smith, specializing in lawn care, with our office in Layton, UT. Together we bring over 45 years of experience to the industry.
As the name indicates N.U.T.S., as it is called by many, services commercial and residential properties form North Ogden to Draper.
N.U.T.S. is fully licensed and insured. Our company is registered with the State of Utah Department of Commerce, State of Utah Department of Agriculture and Food, and Dun & Bradstreet (DUNS number). We are members of the Utah Pest Control and Lawn Care Association (UPCLA).
We verify all of our employees’ eligibility for employment in the state of Utah.
Our fertilizer is blended for Utah turf grasses by Great Basin Turf Products in Layton, UT. We use EPA approved lawn care chemicals in all of our fertilization programs.
Our Lawn Fertilization Technicians are licensed as required by state regulations and laws. Our Lawn Maintenance Technicians are trained for the task they are performing.
